Australian Pale Malt, distilled in our towering twin copper pots and aged in first-fill ex-Bourbon American oak. Matured to an assertive, balanced complexity over four Riverland summers. Due to its Southern hemisphere birth, swirl anti-clockwise in the glass to waken its slumber and unlock sensory treasures including honey, tangerine, cardamom and brioche.

This gin has been crafted using both maseration and infusion methods to create a rose pink colour. The colour comes from grapefruit, pomegranate, blood orange, lemon and organic rose petals. We recommend a garnish that is not too overpowering such as cucumber. Conveniently, it is not necessary to squeeze lemon or lime as it is already packed with citrus. Enjoy this gin with tonic, in a cocktail or on the rocks.

Reminiscent of slow and salty days, Papa Salt is an easy-drinking gin made for sharing. Native Australian wattleseed and pink peppercorn are brightened with zesty wax flower, hibiscus, citrus peel and a hint of oyster shell. Have it short, tall or straight up. Corowa Characters celebrates the people behind the whisky made at Corowa Distillery in Corowa NSW. A very approachable, single malt, wine cask whisky that exhibits floral characters with honeycomb sweetness on the nose. The palate indicates the combination of French and American Oak influences and the sweetness follows through with good spirit integration.

Bone Dry Gin features juniper that has been distilled three different ways using our copper pot-column hybrid vacuum stills - the only example of their kind in the world. Bathurst Grange is a family-run distillery producing craft gin, whisky and spirits. Archie Rose Single Malt Whisky is distinctly crafted to highlight six malts, each with a unique profile and character. This six-malt mash bill, although incredibly low yielding, provides a rich and expressive flavour, full of distinct regional character.Matured predominantly in 100, 200 and 300-litre Australian Apera (Sherry) casks, complemented by a selection of Ex-Bourbon and Archie Roses own 36-month air dried Ex-Rye Casks, each coopered with a specific balance of both char and toast.The natural sweetness of these casks complements the savoury charisma of the spirit, revealing fresh herbs, shortbread biscuits, raisins, toffee and dark chocolate on the nose. Meanwhile, the palate is luscious with well-integrated flavours of sticky date pudding and amaretto with a final note of espresso.

Veuve Capet is the first Vodka exclusively made from Chardonnay grapes (hand-harvested in the famous Côte des Blancs, in French Champagne vineyards). After a fivefold distillation and charcoal filtration, this vodka was assembled with perfectly pure water. Veuve Capet has a unique character, combining roundness and fruitness. Tasting notes : Eye : Perfectly crystal clear. Nose : Rich and elegant bouquet. Fresh, dominated by citrus notes, including grapefruit zest, then evolving to exotic notes of mango and guava. Mouth : Very rich and supple in the mouth. Complex aromas with citrus, the finish is particularly long, dominated by Williams pear notes.
