Corowa Characters celebrates the people behind the whisky made at Corowa Distillery in Corowa NSW. A very approachable, single malt, wine cask whisky that exhibits floral characters with honeycomb sweetness on the nose. The palate indicates the combination of French and American Oak influences and the sweetness follows through with good spirit integration.

Archie Rose Single Malt Whisky is distinctly crafted to highlight six malts, each with a unique profile and character. This six-malt mash bill, although incredibly low yielding, provides a rich and expressive flavour, full of distinct regional character.Matured predominantly in 100, 200 and 300-litre Australian Apera (Sherry) casks, complemented by a selection of Ex-Bourbon and Archie Roses own 36-month air dried Ex-Rye Casks, each coopered with a specific balance of both char and toast.The natural sweetness of these casks complements the savoury charisma of the spirit, revealing fresh herbs, shortbread biscuits, raisins, toffee and dark chocolate on the nose. Meanwhile, the palate is luscious with well-integrated flavours of sticky date pudding and amaretto with a final note of espresso.

Bone Dry Gin features juniper that has been distilled three different ways using our copper pot-column hybrid vacuum stills - the only example of their kind in the world. These world-class stills eliminate the damaging impact of heat on delicate botanicals, leaving us free to explore the many attributes of this multifaceted ingredient. To draw out a multitude of diverse flavours from our Macedonian juniper, this hand foraged ingredient was both cold and hot distilled to create three distinct expressions. Joined by a supporting cast of single estate Australian coriander seed, Tahitian lime and lemon scented gum, the resulting spirit offers a supple start on the palate that makes way for a bold balance of citrus and herbaceous intensity that dovetails to a profoundly pine-laden dry finish.Bone Dry Gin rigorously balances a huge amount of raw power with nuance, poise and complexity to reveal an elaborate juniper experience that makes a great G&T and an even better Martini. Veuve Capet is the first Vodka exclusively made from Chardonnay grapes (hand-harvested in the famous Côte des Blancs, in French Champagne vineyards). After a fivefold distillation and charcoal filtration, this vodka was assembled with perfectly pure water. Veuve Capet has a unique character, combining roundness and fruitness. Tasting notes : Eye : Perfectly crystal clear. Nose : Rich and elegant bouquet. Fresh, dominated by citrus notes, including grapefruit zest, then evolving to exotic notes of mango and guava. Mouth : Very rich and supple in the mouth. Complex aromas with citrus, the finish is particularly long, dominated by Williams pear notes.

Starward Wine Cask Single Malt Whisky is uniquely Australian, crafted exclusively with local wine barrels for maturation resulting in a Whisky with balanced aromas of raisins, bananas and a touch of balsamic lead to clove, toffee and nougat.
