Balvenie Caribbean Cask was created by The Balvenie Malt Master, David Stewart, who celebrated an incredible 50th anniversary at the distillery in 2012. This single malt has had a 14-year maturation period in traditional oak whisky casks, before being transferred to casks that previously held Caribbean rum to finish aging.

Ledaig is a wonderfully distinguished single malt handcrafted on the Isle of Mull by the Tobermory Distillery. The only distillery on the island, Tobermory produces its only peated malt in this Ledaig 10 Year Old Single Malt. Sitting in the ancient vaults for 10 years and the use of superior oak wood casks, aromatic lochan water and the exclusively peat dried malted barley all go to producing a whisky of purity, power and vibrancy. The flavours and aromatics produced can't help but bring you to the ocean side on the Isle of Mull with their floral and smoky tones. Deep, golden mahogany in colour, Dalmore has a fantastic nose of orange, marmalade and aromatic spice. Elegant and rich on the palate with concentrated citrus, oloroso Sherry with hints of sweet vanilla pod. An amazing and lingering finish.

The Spey River Single Malt Scotch whisky is matured in traditional American Oak casks until it achieves the perfect balance of green leafy notes in harmony with sweet delicate oak. The whisky is then transferred into first fill Bourbon casks to allow further development of sweet vanilla notes. The Spey River has a beautiful floral aroma which is intertwined with hints of spice, fresh fruit and oak. Delicate on the taste with subtle spice and oak notes enveloped with a mellow, vanilla sweetness. Dimple 15 Year Old Scotch has fragrant tones that are almost tones of perfume mellowing to a sweet buttery aroma. Flavoursome and light, nothing spicy or harsh. The finish is delicate and maybe a gesture of dark chocolate hiding in there.

The heart of this blended Scotch is from the Speyside region, and as such it is stylistically similar. Peat and heather on the nose, with a surprisingly light palate. Great neat or with your favourite mixer.

Deep in the heart of the Glen Grant Distillery is an ambition to create the world's greatest malt whiskies; a challenging task to undertake, but one that Grant brothers embarked upon with fervour. Their 10 Year Old Single Malt is a brilliant introduction into the complex and flavoursome world of aged single malts with approachable flavours of hazelnut and ripe orchard fruits. Matured in ex-Bourbon casks, the Glen Grant 10 Year Old finishes with a soft, creamy mouthfeel which can be served neat, over ice or with your favourite mixer.

Chivas Regal 25 Year Old Scotch Whisky has enticing fruity aromas of sweet orange and peach, followed by notes of marzipan and nuts. Hints of rich milk chocolate orange and a fondant creaminess are the lead in to a finish that is smooth rounded and luxuriously long.

Craigellachie 23 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky is a masterpiece in old fashioned whisky making. On addition to the 13 and 17-year-old expressions, this 23 Year Old has added spice, ripe fresh cooked and dried fruits with a touch of light peat smoke on the nose. The palate is filled with flavours of melted white chocolate,baked pineapple followed by spicy oak towards the finishing. It is complex, deep and well structured. An elegant Scotch Whisky that could be enjoyed neat, on the rocks or with a dash of water.
