Michters is Americas first distilling company, dating back to 1753 when they started out making rye whiskey. They take a Cost Be Damned approach to the production of every barrel, using various methods including air drying their barrels for 36 months, toasting the barrels before charring them, using a low barrel-entry strength, heat cycling to encourage ageing during the winter. This Rye is a brilliant whiskey with fresh spice notes and a lingering soft finish.

This Scotch Whisky is handmade with rich, fruit cake flavours and a sweetness that emerges from the combination of Sherry wood and the small Stills of our old farm distillery. Despite being such a small distillery, Edradour produces more whiskies than most other distilleries. Owner since 2002, Master of the Quaich Andrew Symington has expertly used the spirit from our small stills, matured in the highest quality oak wood, to create a stunning and diverse range of single malts.

The Quarter Cask is a strong, double cask matured, non-chill filtered malt from the iconic Islay distillery, Laphroaig. With a nose of burning peat embers and hints of coconut and bananas that is then followed by a palate that is deep and complex with smoky flavours. Still quite gentle with a hint of sweetness, this 48% Single Malt has a long, spicy and smoky finish that seems to last an eternity.

Fortaleza tequila is hand-made from stone-crushed agave by Guillermo Sauza, a fifth generation Sauza family-member. The Reposado is a perfect balance of vegetal notes from fresh agave and vanilla wood from its resting in bourbon barrels.

The first aged Fairtrade certified rum in the World. Produced in Belize using molasses from Organic sugar cane, bottled in France after aging for 5 years in American oak barrels. Fair Rum offers a complex aromatic structure that has received huge amounts of international acclaim.

A clean and crisp arak produced from selected grapes, the triple distilled with the finest aniseeds then matured for two years in clay jars.

Synonymous with the south of France, Henri Bardouin Pastis is the only pastis to have been awarded a Gold Medal at the Paris Agricultural Show (Concours Gnral Agricole de Paris). Distinguishing itself from other pastis by its elegance and richness of flavor, its made in the artisanal method, incorporating 65 plants and spices and is smooth and refined.

A warm and delicate Cognac, Courviosier VSOP is considered to be one of the finest produced. A complex aroma of spice and oak, it then opens on the palate to reveal its true depth with almonds, vanilla and floral notes.

The Isle of Skye is the birthplace of the heralded Scotch Whisky house of Talisker. And it is this island that gives this remarkable and unique whisky its distinctive character.
