The 2014 Cuvee d'Elevage Cabernet is an outstanding expression of a northern Margaret River Cabernet. Only the best fruit parcels combined with finest French oak lead to a perfumed bouquet of Cassis, ripe berries and cedar. The complex palate shows ripe and silky tannins, pure fruit intensity with red berries and cassis. Its finely structured with long lasting finish of cigar box and vanilla. Drink now or until 2028.

Medium bodied with the plush dark berry fruit framed by fine grained tannins to give a long and persistent finish.

The wine is gorgeously fruited and fragrant on the nose showing dark fruit richness with smoked game, vanilla, chocolate tart and cedar characters. The palate is concentrated and wonderfully weighted, delivering fabulous fruit intensity and stylish oak infusion, backed by fine chalky tannins, finishing superbly long and sturdy. This wine presents a deep garnet hue. Fragrances of cranberry, red currant, cassis and herbs leap out of the wine glass. The palate shows classic Cabernet elements. Ripe flavours of cherry, cranberry and cassis integrate with vanilla oak and cedar. Balanced by firm tannins, the wine leads to a persistent and mouth filling finale. This wine can be cellared for a period of 6 to 8 years.

Seductive from the first sniff. Certainly got me interested. Remarkably soft and supple Cabernet with almost cashmere fine tannins and an effortlessly smooth and long palate structure. Slightly chalky tannins add some balance and the follow though to the finish is extravagant and stylish.

Iconic Shiraz Cabernet Hunter Valley Shiraz, Hilltops Shiraz, Hunter Valley Cabertnet Sauvignon, Hiilltops Cabernet Sauvignon: NSW Shiraz Cabernet Deep red in colour, a heightened aroma of mocha coffee and spicy dark fruits with a creamy vanillan oak background note. The palate is both powerful and voluminous with layers of unravelling flavour of plumb and blueberry fruits balanced with very fine and structured tannins that linger.

Distinguished by its deep ruby red color with a crimson undertone, this wine exudes a sense of elegance. Brooding aromas reminiscent of plum pudding, dark cherry, black pepper, earth, and espresso intertwine seamlessly. The opulent and full-bodied palate presents flavors of blood plum conserve, black pepper, cocoa, and allspice, culminating in a finish supported by robust tannins.
