In Japan, Ruri translates to the colour of clear blue skies - crystal clarity is what this incredibly pure premium pilsner is all about. BOON Kriek uses young and old limbic beer that has been aged in oak casks, and after six months, black cherries are added to provoke a second fermentation, resulting in that amazingly unique taste.
