Maker's Mark 46 Kentucky Bourbon Whisky is one unique Bourbon. Starting with the original Maker's Mark whisky, the barrels are emptied of the golden spirit to make way for extra French Oak staves. The whisky is then returned to the barrel and then aged to taste. Gin Mare is a premium Mediterranean Gin from Spain. The uniqueness of Gin Mare lays on its Mediterranean ingredients, being the only Gin using Arbequina Olives, Rosemary, Thyme and Basil as its main botanicals. The result is a delicate Gin with a savoury twist. Gin Mare is exceptionally versatile, it makes a great G&T, garnished with a rosemary sprig, as well as being the perfect base for many classic Gin cocktails.

Four Pillars Spiced Negroni gin cuts through the Campari and vermouth in your Negroni. It uses the base Four Pillars botanicals along with extra Tasmanian pepper berry leaf and cinnamon. There is also some West African spice called Grains of Paradise, with clove and Sichuan characters. Cameron uses organic blood oranges in the botanical basket, as well as ginger.

Forty Spotted Rare Tasmanian Gin is hand distilled in small copper pot stills using the steeping method of Gin production and use of traditional botanicals of juniper berry, coriander and lemon peel creating a traditional London Dry style, but incorporating something a little bit special to give this Gin a unique finish.

To add a unique depth of character and flavour, Teeling Single Malt consists of aged malt whiskey up to 23 years old that has been matured in five different wine casks including Sherry, Port, Madeira, White Burgundy and Cabernet Sauvignon. This combination of cask maturation techniques has never been done before in Irish whiskey and creates a truly innovative Irish whiskey bursting with personality. Like all the Teeling Whiskeys, it's bottled at 46% with no chill filtration, allowing for all the natural flavours of the Whiskey to be retained.

For the base we start with our multi award-winning vodka which has been meticulously crafted from locally sourced, high quality, Australian ingredients. Post distillation our cryofiltration process ensures all impurities are removed, leaving us with a vodka of unsurpassed purity and clarity. We then gently fold the caramel into the vodka. Purely indulgent and moreish, this caramel vodka is silky smooth on the palate. Tasting Notes: Warm and sticky sweet with a creamy, buttery, sweet mouthfeel.
