This American style IPA is layered with a range of mandarin flavour from a carefully selected hop bill, and about 100 cold pressed mandarins blended with a concoction of orange peel liqueur. The result is a super drinkable, fruit driven IPA with an assertive mandarin peel bitterness and dry mouthfeel. The perfect Winter IPA making use of our favourite seasonal citrus fruit.

Shikkoku is a Japanese word that reflects the jet black colour of onyx, perfect for this enchantingly dark, slow-aged brew marked by an elegant and mellow flavour profile. Dark shadows contrast sharply with the brightness of its fine, tea-coloured head. Aromatic hops surround the nose. La Trappe is the only Trappist beer located outside of Belgium and is only one of the seven still producing Trappist beers today. The original "budweiser", this is a Czech Lager with historical pedigree. Golden colour, thick white head, a distinct pure malt aroma with a rich hop accent, unique and very mild bitterness of medium intensity to create a medium to full flavour.
