The wines of Fraser Gallop Estate are intensely flavoured, textured and complex. Only the finest quality French oak barrels are used for all Fraser Gallop Estate wines, with very specific Bordelais coopers used for the Cabernet Sauvignon and Semillon Sauvignon Blanc blends, and Burgundian coopers for the Chardonnay. The complete winemaking process takes place at the estate - picking to vinification to barrel maturation to bottling to cellaring. Fraser Gallop Estate is an estate grown, produced and bottled wine. Flavours of lemon curd and grapefruit with searing length. A wine with clarity and finesse. A tightly focussed and very precise wine showing seamless fruit purity with the lightly toasted French oak very much in the background. Crystalline acidity and a mouth-watering finish complete this Chardonnay.

The Fogarty family first landed in Tasmania from Ireland in the mid-1800s, and have recently returned to their roots with their exciting project Lowestoft. Produced from the close-planted (8,300 vines per hectare) vines at Lowestoft planted in 1986. The fruit was hand-picked and matured in large-format French oak (35% new) for ten months.

Devil's Lair have been leaders in producing some of Margaret River's, if not Australia's, best and well-balanced Chardonnays. Now they have decided to take it to the next stage and release their first single vineyard estate Chardonnay. This wine is a triumph of both winemaking and viticulture - a perfect balance has been achieved between toasty complexity with an almost unctuous feel along with a level of restraint and purity. Mr Black is coffee liqueur made for coffee purists. Crafted at a small distillery on the NSW Central Coast, Mr Black uses cold-pressed, specialty single-origin coffee beans from Ethiopia, Brazil and Papua New Guinea to craft this gold-medal winning liqueur. With an overwhelming fresh coffee flavour, Mr Black is best enjoyed on ice or in cocktails. The bottle design is as striking as the liqueur is smooth. With every pour the artwork will appear as the liquid in the bottle gets lower and lower.

Small Batch Vintage Barrel is crafted by blending the finest Bundaberg Rum with 8YO rum reserves matured in 100 year old Port barrels. Vintage Barrel is a complex rum with exceptional dried fruit flavours coupled with rich caramel notes, and the depth of American oak.

Bundaberg's Small Batch edition is crafted by blending the finest Bundaberg rums with the richest aged reserves from the distillery, then matured in sweet cognac and brandy barrels. The result is truly a complex creation with exceptional fruit flavours and the perfect balance of vanilla, honey and spice. These bottles are limited with each MDC Small Batch release referencing its batch and bottle number.
