A fine and quite flinty modern expression of Margaret River Chardonnay. Finer and leaner it might be in some ways, but the unmistakable power and persistence of the region still triumphs. Complex mealy grapefruit and roasted nut characters on the nose, and a deep and richly intense palate power through to the finish.

A great example of Tasmanian Pinot Noir, there is an exciting nose bursting with cherries. The palate is medium bodied and elegant, just as it should be.

Widely regarded as one of Australia's benchmark fortified wines, the Penfolds Grandfather Rare Tawny rightfully lays claim to such a title. High quality blending stock has been lovingly matured in small oak casks, and creates a wine of immense complexity and depth.

House of Arras Grand Vintage is at the pinnacle of Australian sparkling wine! The fruit is sourced from the cool climate region of Tasmania where Ed Carr (Gourmet Wine Traveller Winemaker of the Year 2011) and his team produce an outstanding wine of incredible complexity and character resulting from extended maturation on yeast lees. Premier Cru Montmain's unique terroir of very stony terrain produces a wine with very pronounced mineral aromas, extraordinary power and excellent ageing potential. This Chardonnay by William Fevre shows great structure with good length. Both accessible and very fresh, it shows fantastic concentration.

Brokenwood ILR Reserve Semillon is a brilliant example of the classic Hunter Valley Style. Glorious toast and almond bread characters with flavours of honey and a nutty finish. Will age for what seems like an age.

A perfection of palate and sweetness with excellent acidity are woven through strongly on the palate with citrus characters of lime and lemon and a crisp balanced finish.

From the famed premier cru site of Cote de Lechet, this boasts an ultra elegant nose of citrus zest blossom, oyster shell, warm stone and lemon zest. A fantastic old school style of Chablis that also offers fantastic value for money for a wine at this quality level.

The Triolet blend, first produced at this vineyard in 1987, was inspired by the white wines of Graves, Bordeaux. Each variety is picked at optimum ripeness, and is usually fermented separately. The characteristics of optimum ripeness are different for each variety. We pick the Sauvignon blanc after the strong herbaceous flavours have disappeared, the Semillon when the acid is not too harsh, and the Muscadelle when the flavour intensity peaks.
