Artisan Victorian barley is sourced to begin the bespoke process which ends up in aged Australian Apera casks that have been re-coopered, re-toasted and re-sized. All of which help create a Whisky of smoothness, sweetness and unparalleled complexity.

Dewars 18 Year Old Scotch Whisky is carefully prepared by putting the whisky back into the cask to mature a second time after blending (double-aging). This method allows all of the older and characterful whiskies to mingle before bottling with resulting flavours of nut and marzipan, to name a few.

A bold nose of vanilla, juniper-spice fortified and defined by wormwood-driven herbaceous tones and surrounded with an ever-present floral veil. The upfront palate is commanded by a confectionery juniper-come-aniseed flavour that stretches full with rounded mouthfeel, leaving a warm finish decorated with cinnamon and almond nuttiness. A rich experience, as gentle as a 69% spirit could possibly be.

A timeless style of malt whisky, Balcones 1 Texas Single Malt breathes new life into centuries of distilling tradition with classic techniques and ingredients adapted for New World tastes. Opening aromas bear hints of toffee and overripe fruits. On the palate, layers of toasted malt and honey give way to mellow notes of baked pears and apples. High West is Utahs first distillery since 1870 and the worlds only ski-in gastro distillery. Hand-numbered labels adorn hand-blown glass bottles with wooden-topped cork stoppers. The whiskeys are all 46% and not chill-filtered.Light caramel and sweet vanilla on the nose. Rich and earthy on the palate with well-balanced flavours of candy corn, honey nougat, and sweetcorn bread biscuits. Notes of Vanilla with a hint of caramel apple on the finish.

Four Roses Black Label Kentucky Straight Bourbon is one of two Four Roses products that are sold only in Japan, with the other being Four Roses Super Premium. While this may seem odd, it is important to note that in February 2002, the Kirin Brewery Company of Japan purchased the Four Roses brand trademark from Diageo. Available only in the Japanese market, Four Roses Black Label is a blend of 1/2 OE and 1/2 OB mash bills and is a blend of bourbons aged up to 10 years.
