One of only two whiskies available from the Mars range, the Mars Iwai Bourbon Barrel Japanese Whisky displays beautiful amber gold hues, with hints of rose. Light, floral and sweet on the nose, deepened by cherries, roasted coconut and dark cacao. Extra sweetness experienced with notes of honey suckle and marshmellows. Palate is soft, gingerbread, raspberry and spiced honey make for a delicious first sip. Underlying flavours of dried fig and allspice give it that extra kick. Speyside whisky distillery with a bold approach to the art of distillation and cask maturation. BenRiach 10-Year-Old is classic Speyside in character. The cask formula focuses on ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks. A pleasant character, with green apple, tropical fruit, vanilla and toffee. A medium-long finish with chocolate and light oak.

The production takes place in Fuefuki, a region rich in natural resources and surrounded by mountains: two national parks to the north and west, and the spectacular Mount Fuji to the south. Concentrated spring waters emerge in this valley after passing the subsoil with porous washing stones. The Hakushu Distillery is know as the 'Mountain Forest Distillery' as it stands amidst fresh streams and lush forests. Built with the notion, 'Coexisting with nature', a bird sanctuary was set up to help preserve the natural environment, thus preserving the pristine water that goes into creating the whisky. The 12 year old single malt whisky has a crisp and vibrant taste and can be enjoyed on neat, on the rocks or with ice and soda water.

Hakutsuru Daiginjo is high-grade sake elaborately made with king of sake-rice, Yamada-Nishiki, polished to 50%. it is characterized its gorgous scent and dry finish.
