A tantalizing French sparkling wine with elegance and joie de vivre. A full suite of white grapes - Ugni Blanc, Folle Blanche, Menu Pinot, Chenin Blanc, and Sauvignon Blanc have contributed in their own unique way to this stylish blanc de blancs. Light yellow, pale gold with very fine bubbles. Fresh on the nose, with floral notes. Rich and full on the palate an extended finish of fruity notes, showing a clean minerality and citrus. An ideal celebratory drink!

Pale gold with green tints. Fresh lifted aromas of citrus, red apples and hints of musk. The palate is lively and full of flavour with a creamy texture from extended time on lees balanced by a crisp, refreshing acidity on the finish.

Traditionally made with mature shiraz aged in old oak With a Delicate, creamy dark purple mousse it shows a very long and good hold The excellent mousse dissipates to reveal a dark crimson red coloured base with a steady stream of fine bubbles flowing through it. The nose offers up good lift with top notes of ripe dark plums, dark chocolate and liquorice followed by some confectionery notes. Full bodied with rich creamy texture on the palate which delivers fruit with long and soft finish. Concentration with a long succulent aftertaste.

Occasion Pairing: Perfect for every celebration! Refreshing green apple and citrus notes on the nose, with a crisp acidity complimented by lemon and lime peel characters.
