More refreshing than a face full of Freo Doctor, this Gage Roads Single Fin beer is brewed with sun drenched summer days in mind: light-bodied and chock full of aromatic Galaxy and Enigma hops.

The unique Stella Artois yeast strain (the very same yeast strain first used by the Artois brewmasters) adds a light to moderate fruity, cooked pineapple aroma and creates a clean, crisp medium bodied flavour with hints of cooked vegetable. The Saaz hop also produces a unique bitterness which is well balanced with the malted barley, giving Stella Artois a subtle but pleasant grainy, sweet finish.

Fixation focuses on the ever-popular style of beer, the amazing India Pale Ale (or IPA). This is a style of beer that has been around for 150 years in one form or another. It wasn't until craft brewers started using new world hops that the style really established itself as a force for good in the flavourful beer world. Using all American hops Fixation have created a balanced, super clean, tasty Amercian IPA.

Designed using Pale, Munich, Crystal and Carafa roasted malt Vale Amber Lager is then filtered, producing a beer with brilliant clarity. Dark brown in colour with garnet highlights, its backbone is strong in maltiness with a hint of coffee and chocolate that balances the Falconer s Flight hops.
