Yarra Yering New Territories Shiraz Touriga
The first vintage of this wine, with the name derived from the 1990 plantings of Touriga that were dubbed the 'New Territories'. It's satin soft with fabulous structure.Deep red purple. Violets, plum, blackberry, dark cherry and five spice aromas. Shows a deep core of black fruit with attractive pepper and kitchen spice notes, bright acidity and silken texture, fine tannins and restrained, classy oak. Classy!

Mac has a long history in Yarra Valley, starting out at Mount Mary before honing his skills in Burgundy and then returning back to the Yarra to start his own project. The Mac Forbes villages range is a reflection of the incredible diversity of one of Australia’s premier wine regions, the Yarra Valley. Each one shows the terroir of the site, while being made with restraint and traditional winemaking techniques.
Giant Steps Tarraford Syrah
Aromatically it's extremely floral and spicy, while the palate is medium-to-full-bodied with layers of blackberry, plum, and spice, balanced by fresh acidity. It's just a beautifully poised and delicious, modern Yarra Syrah, and great from the get-go or in the cellar for up to a decade.

The Melba Vineyards have been planted since the 1970's. Deep red with purple. Deeply scented notes of blackberry, leaf and cedar wood. Sweet fruited, silky tannins, great depth, smooth and delicious.
