Tucked away nicely in the Adelaide Hills, Sidewood Estate have made an art form out of crafting some of the very best single vineyard cool-climate wines available in Australia. Owen and Cassandra Inglis purchased the boutique property in 2004 and immediately set about making their vision become a reality. Their Sidewood Shiraz displays that vision to perfection. Attention to detail is the key here which enables flavours of red cherry, currants and dark plum to shine through along with hints of cinnamon and spice. The texture is beguiling and gives promise to a wine that will age for up to a decade.

A typically full flavoured Clare Valley Shiraz from the crew at Annie's Lane; exhibiting ripe, plummy fruit characters with a touch of spice and some regional minty notes.

Bright crimson in colour with a light floral bouquet, exuding red berry flavours with gently drying tannins &; the masterful use of French oak add to the balanced complexity providing a wine to enjoy young or allow time to develop in the cellar.

The trailblazers of the Adelaide Hills have created another outstanding wine. A superb expression of modern cool-climate Shiraz; Shaw & Smith is elegantly spicy and brimming with supple red-fruit flavours matched by fine tannins. An absolute ripper.

Elegant and aristocratic kaleidoscope of aromas, an abundance of fruit flavours, blackberry, mulberry and blueberry with supporting complexity of mint, eucalypt, rhubarb, Turkish delight and cinnamon. Displaying complex aromas of strawberries and cream with hints of forest floor. The palate is seamless and elegant. Red fruits with enticing gamey characters swirl within layers of mushroom and notes of fresh herbs. The French oak adds ample but delicate tannins delivering a generous delightful length. Savour on its own or enjoy as an outstanding accompaniment to a duck or game dish, alternatively stuffed wild mushrooms as a vegetarian option.
