Young Henrys wouldnt be what it is without Newtown. Its their home, community and inspiration. So when the suburb celebrated its sesquicentenary they were invited to brew a unique beer to celebrate, they jumped at the chance. The resulting beer was an Aussie Pale Ale called Newtowner. In a bit of a nod to the suburbs past and present influences, we used a blend of English and Australian malts. Then we added three varieties of local hops to make it fun, fruity and even a little bitter. Carton of 24 x 375mL Cans.

Pimm's No.1 is the much loved, Gin-based drink of England, containing quinine and a secret mixture of herbs - a recipe said to be known to only six people. Originally consumed as an aid to digestion, Pimm's was served in a small tankard known as the 'No. 1 Cup', hence its name. A signature Pimm's is made mixed with lemonade, fruit, mint, and served over ice.

Like all Gins, Vickers is flavoured with the subtle but aromatic influence of juniper berries. Enjoy in a tall glass with a twist of lemon and tonic.

Here’s our Hazy Pale. With all the flavour you expect from a haze and the signature refreshment of our pales, this one is a juicy, easy-drinking gem. You can expect tropical fruit, floral, melon and lemon-lime aromas.The Brewery: Untouched 1960’s facade of the Public Bar and Brewery building has long been an icon on the streetscape of industrial Marrickville. Behind the exterior, the old yoghurt factory stood empty for over 20 years before Philter moved in. We’re proud to bring the building back to life and become part of the historical fabric of the suburb we know and love.

Bloom is triple-distilled using honeysuckle, pomelo and chamomile in addition to the more standard botanicals of juniper, angelica, and cubeb berries. Inspired by an English country garden, its floral and timeless design brings a marriage between that traditional and inspiring.

One Fifty Lashes is a refreshing Australian style cloudy pale ale with restrained bitterness and a clean, smooth finish. the use of malted wheat adds refreshing character delivering a beer with a fruity nose and hints of passionfruit, grapefruit and citrus. Carton of 10 x 330mL Cans.
