You don’t often see Bordeaux’s inky Petit Verdot blended with spicy Shiraz. But here in Australia, there are no rules so winemakers are free to blend them. The result? Gorgeous layers of dense black fruit with a rich helping of smoky spice. This is a beautiful wine that “tip toes and tapdances over your palate”.

Gorgeous Grenache displays a beautifully perfumed nose with hints of violets and wild strawberry. The palate is succulent, juicy and Pinot-like in its profile while the finish is savoury and moreish. Sourced from a number of vineyards in The Barossa and McLaren Vale regions of South Australia. All vineyards are vinified in small batches, separately. Wild ferments, whole bunch inclusion, larger oak and no filtration or fining define the natural character of the wine. The unique blend of superb fruit sources and experience in both the New and the Old Worlds helps craft wine of subtlety, texture and detail wines perfectly suited to complement rather than overwhelm fine food.

This Prosecco is bursting with notes of citrus fruits, sweet lemon pith and green apple, all carried onto the palate creating a ligh fresh sparkling. The fruit sweeness is balanced out by the crisp acidity that makes for a lingering finish.

This Georg Jensen Hallmark Cuvýe is a 'designer' sparkling wine created as a collaboration between the renowned Danish design house, Georg Jensen, and cool climate Heemskerk wines in Tasmania. It's presented with an elegantly crafted closure that can be used as a bottle stopper. The sparkling itself is a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, sourced from premium vineyards to produce a wine of elegance and persistence. The palate, containing notes of lemon pith and roast cashew nuts, shows restraint with a beautiful chalky mouthfeel and a backbone of taut acidity and elegant minerality.

With over 33% more wine than a normal bottle, Hardys have made a Chardonnay with ripe fruit aromas of peach and melon. Round and flavoursome on the palate with a touch of oak and appealing freshness on the finish.
