Another cracker from the guys at Remarkable State Wines. Fruit was selected from both cool and warm climates to provide both a full fruit palate as well as zesty freshness. There's a fine bead, refreshing citrus characters and a crisp fruit driven finish. Its a smaller batch brut cuvee that's really a great all rounder, enjoy on its own or compliment with a mixed platter.

An appealing Sparkling, crafted from a blend of Semillon and Chardonnay from Bimbadgen's vineyards in the Upper Hunter, that's perfect with fresh seafood.Pale and bright. White peach, pear and green apple aromas. Super-dry with a tight core of lemon, lime and grapefruit, tightly-wound acidity, creamy mousse and a zippy finish. A lovely aperitif style Sparkling with appealing freshness.

A plentiful mousse sits atop a pale straw base that has gold tinged edges and a fine persistent bead. Toasty yeast lees scents are intermeshed with baked bread, citrus, light honeyed notes and traces of nut. The palate is tense and sculptured with racy acidity running through toast, subtly honeyed pear, yeast lees and roasted nut flavours. Dry crisp finish with a long aftertaste that builds a sense of creaminess as it lingers. Drink over the next 2-3 years. Alc. 12.5%

The Dunes & Greene Split Pick Moscato NV from South Australia is a delightful sweet wine. On the nose it displays notes of juicy peach, ripe pears and a hint of spice. In the glass, it is a light golden colour with a delicate effervescence. The palate is full and juicy with floral, honey and citrus flavours. The light sweetness is well balanced with a zesty acidity giving a crisp, refreshing finish. Perfect for pairing with spicy dishes or enjoying on its own.
