Prosper Delord was a travelling distiller who upon discovering Armagnac fell in love with the spirit and decided to start Maison Delord in 1893. Today Jerome and Sylvain Delord, Propers great grandchildren continue the tradition with the same passion, knowledge and love that has been handed down through the generations.

Since inception in 1881, Bunnahabhain has been producing an Islay malt a little different from most. By not heavily peating their malted barley, the resulting whisky is a clean, pure and distinctive malt. Embodying the 'gentle taste of Islay', Bunnahabhain 12 Year Old is an approachable, welcoming whisky. Ex-sherry cask influence and being non-chill filtered add to the layers of complexity exuding from this premium whisky.

Matured in port puncheons, Limeburners Whisky is aged for up to 8 years. The resulting single malt is all spice and fruit with aromas of port and vanilla on the nose, barley, honey, raisins and caramel on the palate and finishes smooth.

The Kilchoman Sanaig Single Islay Malt Scotch Whisky presents soft cooked fruits with caramel and vanilla on the nose along with toffee, peat smoke and a lingering sweetness on the palate. The finish is a lovely balance of peat smoke, fruit and sweetness.

Wahaka is produced by the family of 5th Gen. Maestro Mezcalero Alberto Morales and the community of San Dionisio, Ocotepec. Its is made from 100% Agave Angustifolia wiith a harvest maturity of 8-9 Yrs. The agaves are Earth pit roasted, Tahona milled, Natural Fermented, Double copper distilled, delivering a genuine 25 day Artisanal Hand Crafted process, from a single village sustainable estate harvested, USDA certified 100% Organic product. Tasteful mixer cocktails and delicious to sip neat.

Made from the blending of malts from the two distilleries of Yoichi and Miyagikyo, this whisky was the pride and joy of its creator Masataka Taketsuru, founder of Nikka and the father of Japanese Whisky. Light golden honey in colour with candied nuts, walnuts and hazelnuts on the nose as well as delicate and gentle smoke coming through with hay. Forward and straight pallet with juicy mouth feel, yet retaining a very gentle and sophisticated heat. Sweet apricots and peach dominate at first, leading to vanilla and subtle hints of ripe grape. Complex and long on the finish with lingering taste of dry herbs, leather and sweet pastry.

Despite its long ageing, this minimum 30-month blend is not overtly sweet or oaky; it has a drier style, which is full of spice and character from its highland terroir. Cooked agave is present with a fine mixture of dried fruits, almonds and roasted coffee. There is a subtle and masked fudginess reminiscent of dark cocoa that emerges from the depth in its long and slightly dry finish.

Gema Blanco Tequila In 2008 Mexican Researchers discovered that the steam from the La Cofradia's Silver Tequila heated to 800 degrees Celcius can shape precious gems of nanometric size. From this discovery, La Cofradia "Gema" Silver Tequila was born. Who would have thought that you can get diamonds out of Tequilas? This unique Tequila has a unique profile of herbal and citric notes, quite unique to any other Silver or Blanco you have tried. The geometric shape on the bottle symbolizes this tiny gems.

Don Primo Anejo Cristilano Tequila 750mL The origin of the "Don Primo" brand revolves around the colloquial spoken greeting between friends, who when meeting greet each other asking "how are you Primo?" in English "how are you going good?" Our foray into Cristalino (Crystal Clear) Don Primo does have three varietals Silver, Reposado, Anejo which are related to the length of the aging in various barrels, in this case, Oak. Once aged the Anjeo "Don Primo" is triple distilled and filtered the result is a very clear spirit Tequila which is almost clear has a soft Oak scent and a light Oak taste with a genuine 100% Agave flavour. Interestingly this Superior Tequila is the go-to for people who like an aged experience without the stronger presence of Tequila in their nips. 750mL is approximately 23.7 Standard Drinks.

Talavera “Rosa” Reposado. Talavera takes its name from the pattern of the design painted onto the bottle. The tequila is an authentic taste and quality of 100% agave which is a delight to the palate. Talavera holds the Super-Premium quality of Cofradia Tequila, which is aged in wooden barrels for 6 months. The bottles are hand made then baked in an oven to create individual ceramic containers. A group of Artisans co-operate to bring together the components being bottle, product and artwork on each bottle. A joy to drink with friends responsibly and keep the bottle to repurpose it to hold flowers, liquid or simply to admire for years to come.
