De Bortoli Prosecco is sourced from Victoria's King Valley - known as Little Italy given many Italian migrants have become multi-generational winemakers in the area. The sparkling wine tastes of apple and pear with fresh pithy lemon, gentle creaminess, complete with the very fine bubbles. Great on its own or shared with food.

Product is blended and stocked in steel tanks before bottling. This blend aims to display an international style whilst maintaining the taste characteristics of a typical Veronese wine. The grape mix makes it unique, unusual and interesting. Pale yellow colour. On the nose it displays citrus-like notes and hints of acacia. On the palate it has good acidity, with suggestions of pears and rennet apples. Flavour floods your palate and it has a pleasing, persistent finish.

Ruby Red in colour. This wine offers intense aromas of wild cherries, redcurrant and hints of toasting. A rich and full bodied wine, with sweet and round tannins on the palate. Excellent with savory first course dishes or meat, such as roast lamb, barbequed meats and seasoned cheese. Serving Temperature 18 - 20 degrees.

This Prosecco is bursting with notes of citrus fruits, sweet lemon pith and green apple, all carried onto the palate creating a ligh fresh sparkling. The fruit sweeness is balanced out by the crisp acidity that makes for a lingering finish.

Intense and delicate perfumes, of roses and wild strawberries Floral notes reminiscent of roses with hints of cherries on the palate, extremely fresh, yet with a velvety character. Persistent bubbles and a long finish.

Pretty in pink with an abundance of fine bubbles, Maschio Prosecco Rose stands out with its intense yeast character in a palate driven by strawberry and raspberry flavours. Wrapped in fragrances of rose and violets, this beauty definitely makes an elegant addition to any event.
