Tempa Di Zoe Aglianico Zero IGT
Zero was created in 1997, the product of a two-hectare Aglianico vineyard in Acqua di Costanza, in the municipality of Torchiara. This part of the Alto Cilento shows the influence of the Tyrrhenian and the very sunny climate. The wine is made beginning with partially dried grapes, with spontaneous fermentation, and is aged in wood. Deep ruby, plum and blackberry supported by alcohol in the nose, black pepper and cocoa to mark the nose. Soft, full of ripe fruit and jam to the attack in the mouth and still the mighty alcohol all warms and plays, soft tannins and savory freshness.

Duca Carlo Guarini Malvasia Nera Malia IGT
“Malìa” means “that bewitches” and this is its ability since the past. Already in 1890 a black Malvasia wine was produced in the company. The discovery of some bottles of that ancient harvest gave rise to the idea of planting this historic Salento vine exclusively in several hectares, while tradition provided for its association with the more common Negroamaro in a percentage of 20%. So from 2001 we started to re-propose the black Malvasia in purity, an elegant and serene red, an expression of quality and typicality. Certified organic. On the nose it opens on the typical hints of ripe black fruit, licorice, earth and spices. Of beautiful density and aromatic length, on the palate it is rich in flavor, lively, at the same time fresh with acidity.
Fattoria Moretto Lambrusco Grasparossa Sbiadi DOP Rosato
A pearly rosé with notes of red cranberries, strawberries and cherries. The taste is dry and healthy, fresh and fruity with fine, light bubbles. Try Sbiadí as an entry wine for a small selection, preferably a light charcuterie plate with Italian delicacies, such as fennel salami and coppa. Cool the wine and serve it at 8-10 degrees.

Ruby colour punctuated by shining purple with violet foam. Floral and fruity notes of sour cherries and wild blackberries.

Podere Il Saliceto Lambrusco di Sorbara Falistra Rosato DOP
Sparkling dry wine, fermented in the bottle. Lambrusco di Sorbara grapes: cerasuolo colour (pale red), pleasant and persistent bubbles. Lifted nose of cherries, wild strawberries, red currant. Firm refreshing acidity, mineral and persistent.
Monteversa Versavò Bianco Manzoni IGT
The name of the hill ‘Versa’ and the name of the town ‘Vò’ that is overlooked by the vineyards where we harvest the grapes for this wine.
Maretti Barolo
A wonderful Barolo from Maretti showcasing great value for the region. The colour is dark garnet with ruby highlights. It has a clear-cut, intense nose with overtones of roses, spices, earthy undertones with nuanced vanilla notes. The taste is dry, but soft, full-bodied, velvety and well balanced, and is very long-lasting. Classic Barolo like this works well with rich braised meat dishes or a mushroom risotto.
