Ripe liqueur cherries on the nose compete for attention with vanilla, mocha and coffee aromas while the palate is full of sweet berry fruit flavour and a soft, luscious finish that seems to persist for an age. While exuberant and lively when young, the Bishop is known to handle medium term cellaring extremely well and reward any with the patience.

Bannockburn is spicy with well intergraded savoury oak and great acidity backbone. The varietal flavours such as, raspberries, strawberries and red cherries fruits lingers with a faint hint of forest floor on the palate with well supporting tannins. Dry sparkling wine made with Charmat method. Obtained only from grapes of Lambrusco Salamino: ruby red color with purple hues, creamy and consistent foam, nose of blackberry and blueberry. Fresh and fragrant.

Sparkling dry red Flamboyant cardinal red, enlivened by a pleasant foam. It offers a refined weave of red fruits, blackberry and wild strawberry which run after notes of rose and peony, on elegant nouances of aromatic herbs and minerality. Flavorful mouth, enriched by freshness, balanced which gives fruity sensations in the persistent finish.

At the nose it offers aromas of red fruits, especially cherry and strawberry. In the mouth it is spontaneous, enjoyable and has a dynamic rhythm. The Rosso di Baal is fresh, medium structured, persistent, with a good acidity.

Aromas of honey, ripe yellow fruit, hint of exotic fruits, magnolia and broomflower. Complex and fully-bodied, warm rounded, chulk-lik minerality and good fresh acidity.
