HISTORY Château de Laubade was built in 1870 in the heart of the noblest area of the AOC Bas Armagnac and is today the premier Armagnac property. Limited to 240 bottles, this release is once again an extraordinary pairing of peated casks from two highly respected Australian mainland distilleries. A marriage of second-fill premium Bourbon and Apera, the peated single malts from these casks were carefully integrated to ensure a balance between the Fleurieu Distillery’s sweet peat and Black Gate’s iconic iodine finish.
