Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz Gin
Yarra Valley makes some of the finest wines in the world. In 2015, Four Pillars combined Rare Dry Gin with some of the best Shiraz Grapes in Australia to create Bloody Shiraz Gin for the first time. 2018 release has great depth of colour compared to previous releases. Flavour-wise it's showing dark fruit, red berry and spice. There is also plenty of that classic Yarra Shiraz white pepper. And of course a lovely ginny character carries those grape aromas, making it unmistakably gin. The palate is lovely and sweet, with long juniper and spice characters to finish.
Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin
Based on a strong belief people should drink better, not more, Four Pillars is leading the charge to elevate the craft of distilling and celebrate the craft of cocktail making in Australia. Their Rare Dry Gin is made in a truly modern Australian style, capturing the flavours of both Asia and the Mediterranean with a mix of local and exotic botanicals (even using fresh oranges as one of its botanicals rather than dried orange peel). Each bottle is individually numbered, hand labelled and produced in small batches from their small distillery in the Yarra Valley.

Distilled in Melbourne. Brogans Royal Blood Gin is the savoury sensation that is her navy strength gin. Herbal aromas and flavours from the rosemary and bay leaf are seasoned with Australian sea parsley, saltbush and roasted wattle seed giving plenty of good mouthfeel. Tasting Note Juniper forward, dry, slightly citrus, and extremely savoury. With herbal and aromatic characters of fresh vapour distilled rosemary leaf, supported by bay leaf, olive leaf and black peppercorns, that are amplified by the Australian natives of spicy mountain pepper leaf, fragrant and savoury salt bush and salty sea parsley. A bold amount of roasted native wattle seeds lengthens the finish and exaggerates the heat of green cardamom. A winner in a dry Martini and a Dirty G&T with a slice of apple to garnish.

Six Dogs Blue Gin
Six Dogs Blue derives its name from the Blue Pea flower (Clitoria Ternatea), an antioxidant and aphrodisiac in traditional medicine. As chance would have it, ‘Blue’ is also the name of the smallest dog in our pack of six. The infusion of Blue Pea gives the Gin its striking blue colour. The alchemy of this unusual botanical is further revealed when the Gin is mixed with a good tonic, changing the colour to light pink. Six Dogs Blue is the most royal of Gins. A party Gin. A touch of magic. A classic dry Gin with experiences of freshly cut lucerne over hand-picked and morning-harvested Rose Pelargonium. Not for the timid, Blue is a Gin to inspire the novel you never got around to writing, to bring out a little of the sinner and singer in you and to raise in a toast at the end of a hard-fought battle.
