Chivas Regal 18 Year Old has been created by using whiskies matured for at least 18 years which has resulted in this very special Whisky. Exceptional richness with aromas of buttery toffee, dark chocolate and dried fruit. Hints of spices and smoke combine to produce a long, warm finish.

Yarra Valley makes some of the finest wines in the world. In 2015, Four Pillars combined Rare Dry Gin with some of the best Shiraz Grapes in Australia to create Bloody Shiraz Gin for the first time. 2018 release has great depth of colour compared to previous releases. Flavour-wise it's showing dark fruit, red berry and spice. There is also plenty of that classic Yarra Shiraz white pepper. And of course a lovely ginny character carries those grape aromas, making it unmistakably gin. The palate is lovely and sweet, with long juniper and spice characters to finish.

KI NO BI (The Beauty of the Seasons) is inspired by tradition and distilled, blended and bottled in Kyoto. We collaborate with the craftsmen and artisans of Kyoto who refine their skills in the legacy of the generations before them, working continuously in the cultural heart of Japan. Japans first dedicated gin distillery was founded with the sole intention of creating the finest gin possible: made from rice spirit and, wherever possible, using locally sourced botanicals, including yuzu, gyokuro tea and sansho pepper. The Founders are inspired by Kyoto culture, art, craftmanship and agriculture.

Since inception in 1881, Bunnahabhain has been producing an Islay malt a little different from most. By not heavily peating their malted barley, the resulting whisky is a clean, pure and distinctive malt. Six Dogs Blue derives its name from the Blue Pea flower (Clitoria Ternatea), an antioxidant and aphrodisiac in traditional medicine. As chance would have it, ‘Blue’ is also the name of the smallest dog in our pack of six. The infusion of Blue Pea gives the Gin its striking blue colour.
