The Mythology Cabernet Sauvignon is a tribute to ancient practices, with its own origin embedded in the richness of the Coonawarra soils and the artistry of traditional winemaking techniques. Dense dark fruits with brilliantly aromatics of raspberries and plums, dark chocolate and vanilla bean. Full bodied with lovely tannins, complemented by well-balanced French oak and a wonderfully long structured finish.
Riddoch The Author Coonawarra Shiraz
The Author pays homage to pioneering vigneron John Riddoch (1827-1901). A true visionary, Riddoch is regarded as one of the founding fathers of Australian wine. The Author represents the finest expression of the vintage. The 2019 Shiraz is dark magenta in colour with lifted spice, sweet oak and dark berry aromatics. The wine shows vibrant red berry fruits, with hints of plum and bramble. Aged in a combination of new and old French Oak, seamleessly intergrated with the fruit. Refined and silky tannins lead to a long and persistent length of flavour. This has all the hallmarks of a classic Coonawarra Shiraz and will drink well now but will reward patient cellaring for 10-15 years.

CHÂTEAU HAUT SOCIONDO BORDEAUX
Mechanical harvest at the end of september / beginning of october. Cold maceration prior to the fermentation according the quality of the grape. Slow alcoholic fermentation with temperature regulation. Pumping over 2 to 3 times a day then delestage. Smooth maceration during 3 weeks at 22 Celsius degrees. Ageing in cement vats with wooden dominos.
La Torre Macchione IGT Rosso Toscano
A super Tuscan. Deep ruby red with violet reflections. Intense on the nose, with hints of dark pulp fruit, such as blackberry and plum, which blend harmoniously with the spicy tones of pepper and tobacco. The mouth is clean, soft and enveloping, with well-present but never annoying tannins. Excellent persistence. Perfect with meat or mushroom-based pasta or rice dishes.
Château Massereau Bordeaux Supérieur
Built in the 16th century and situated in Barsac at about 30 kilometers from Bordeaux, Château Massereau was acquired by the Chaigneau family in 2000. A 19 hectare estate with 10 planted (6,600 – 7000 plants/hectare) in the Barsac, Graves and Bordeaux Superieur appellations. Château Massereau Bordeaux Supérieur 2018 is a blend of 50% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Cabernet Franc & 10% Petit Verdot. Vinified in concrete vats for 4-8 weeks naturally without additional yeast, finings, filtration and low sulphite. The resulting wine is garnet in colour with an intense nose of black fruit, with hints of sweet spice and pepper.

Matured in new and seasoned French oak hogsheads, the seamlessly integrated oak intertwines with a core of intense dark fruit. Plush, velvety tannins lead to a long and persistent length of flavour. This has all the hallmarks of a classic Coonawarra Shiraz and will drink well now but will reward patient cellaring for 10 to 15 years.
