Barokes Bubbly Chardonnay Semillon Bin 242 is a wonderful bubbly drink providing a classy chardonnay blend. There are tropical characters on the palate with a pleasant creamy aftertaste and an appealing crisp acidity.

Our Wine Panel was floored by this. Beautifully balanced tropicals and white flowers were more than what we even hoped for, with clean refreshing acidity. Sensational!

Our butterscotch liqueur delivers seductively rich caramel flavours that take you to a sweet world when combined with ice cream, in milk mixed with your favourite cream liqueur or simply over ice.

A pale straw colour, with aromatic pretty floral notes of nashi pears and a touch of sweet spice. Palate of a rich medium bodied fruit driven style, layers of passionfruit, pears, citrus blossom and musk layer around natural cool climate acidity. The fruit was whole bunched pressed and clarified before early bottling to capture the fresh fruit character.
