Barokes Chardonnay Semillon Bin 241 displays a lovely bouquet of honey and gentle floral notes, a result from the subtle wine maturity which provides a distinctive peach aroma. Pale green in colour with golden hues.

With slightly fuller fruit flavours than its crisp companion, there is plenty of ripe melon and passionfruit flavours here.

We are always on the lookout for the elusive low priced Chardonnay with character and richness, yet fine balanced. We've found it! A delicious stone fruit profile with minerals and really great poise.

Iconic sparkling makers, Seppelt and their famous Fleur de Lys Chardonnay Pinot Noir continue to provide a quality sparkling wine with underlying creaminess among dry fruit characters. It's a fantastic aperitif style.

Barokes Bubbly Chardonnay Semillon Bin 242 is a wonderful bubbly drink providing a classy chardonnay blend. There are tropical characters on the palate with a pleasant creamy aftertaste and an appealing crisp acidity.

Barokes Bubbly Cabernet Shiraz Merlot Bin 171 displays elegant mouth sweetness from the Cabernet, added depth from the Shiraz and a rich softness from the Cabernet and Merlot. The nose provides plenty of character, enticing chocolate aromas, while the sparkle adds a extra kick.

Our Wine Panel was floored by this. Beautifully balanced tropicals and white flowers were more than what we even hoped for, with clean refreshing acidity. Sensational!

The bouquet is layered with abundant aroma's of plum pudding, cigar box, blackberries & chocolate. It has an excellent length of flavour, velvety tannins and hints of smoky oak. 71% Shiraz and 29% Cabernet Sauvignon are separately fermented & matured in a combination of new French & American oak before final blending.

The Black Shiraz is an extreme example of this style, deep colour, huge palate and high alcohol. The Black Shiraz upholds the tradition with strong blackberry and plum aromas over toast, vanillan and spice. The palate is full flavoured and intense with rich blackberry, plum, blueberry and spicy characters. The tannins are very ripe and dense giving great structure and length to the palate.

Redolent of ripe grapes and raisins, this is a no-nonsense Tawny style that can be enjoyed chilled with a cheese platter or at room temperature with your favourite coffee.
