The colour is a mixture of faded copper and pink.The nose is elegant showing sweet strawberry and cherry characters, with a hint of fennel in the background. The palate is clean crisp and elegant with good weight and structure, finished with clean crisp acidity. A wine developed for drinking in hot weather with robust garlic laden food, or chilled as is.

Henty Estate Rose
This rose was made from low yielding Shiraz grapes picked in April using the traditional Saignee style. The wine was fermented to dryness and has light berry flavours and crisp acidity.
Hemera Estate Grenache Rose
Grenache was hand-picked specifically for the production of rose. The fruit was crushed and macerated for 2 hours to increase colour pick-up as well as some natural fruit tannin. The must was then gently pressed to liberate the juice, and then 80% was fermented in stainless steel at cool temperatures to retain delicate fruit aromas. The balance was drained to old oak hogsheads where the juice underwent a natural fermentation and subsequent maturation on full lees for 5 months before blending and bottlingTasting EvaluationColour: Bright, pale salmon with copper highlights.Aroma: Subtle scents of cantaloupe, red currant, wild strawberry, Morello cherry and freshly grated ginger, pink peppercorn coupled with underlying gunflint aroma.Palate: Red apple skin, ruby grapefruit and rhubarb flavours abound with textural fruit sweetness, balanced with fine fruit phenolics with crunchy apple acid focus. Miraval Studio by Miraval
The name of this wine, STUDIO by Miraval, was not chosen by chance. In 1977, jazz musician Jacques Loussier, the owner of the estate at the time, had a recording studio built there, and hosted international artists of the calibre of Pink Floyd, The Cure, Muse, AC/DC, Wham, Sting, The Cranberries, Rammstein, Chris Rea, and French artists such as Indochine, Telephone, and Bashung. Studio Rosé is a pale pink colour with great clarity. The nose is an explosion of freshness with notes of citrus and fresh fruit. Its elegant palate offers refresing acidity with floral and iodized notes supported by grapefruit zest on the finish.
Domaines Ott Château Romassan Bandol Rosé
APPEARANCE: Light peach colour. AROMA: Delicate, elegant nose dominated by floral notes which evolve towards citrus fruit and vine peach after a few swirls of the glass. PALATE: The palate offers a fresh and lively attack followed by aromas of grapefruit which intermingle harmoniously with notes of white stone fruit. The palate is soft, well-structured and refined, resulting from a subtle balance of finesse and tension.
