Mornington Pale is an American-style pale ale, pouring a cloudy golden yellow with a tightly packed white head. Our Pale has both citrus and passion fruit aromas, showcasing American hops added late in the brewing process. A light smooth palate, aided by the generous addition of wheat malts, moderate bitterness and carbonation make for a flavoursome and sessional ale.

The story goes that twin 'beerded' brothers, Thomas and Charles, set out to find the great inland sea of Australia, Lake Eyre. Ensuring they stowed plenty of Pale Ale for their journey into the scorching centre, they soon had no choice but to stay put and let the water find them. This Pale Ale is the lead beer of the Steamrail range, picking up a Bronze medal at the 2016 Royal Adelaide Beer Awards & Silver Medal at Australian International Beers Awards 2018. A Pale Ale brewed with wheat and crystal malt. It has two additions of the citrus and floral cascade hop in the brewhouse. James Squire One Fifty Lashes Pale Ale is a crisp finishing, Australian style cloudy Pale Ale with malted wheat for refreshing character and a concoction of hops which create fruity aromas of passion fruit, grapefruit and citrus.

Produced only in small batch quantities, revered Melburnian craft brewers Mountain Goat have released their popular Fancy Pants Amber Ale in cans. This unique brew has been nearly 20 years in the making after the guys at Mountain Goat had their beer epiphany moment back in the early 1990s. They discovered that beer doesn't have to be bland or at the opposite end, completely overpowering. In fact you could make a wonderfully drinkable brew that was a tad 'fancy'. They achieve this with the blending of Munich, Crystal and Roasted malt with the perfect amount of Cascade and Galaxy hops that delivers an amber colour, a soft sweet palate that is kept in check by the spicy, floral and fruity aspects of the quality hops.
