Their Cool Climate Chardonnay shows great concentration of white peach, nectarine and white flower blossom on the nose. And tropical fruits such as pineapple, honeydew and ripe peach, intergraded with structured acidity on the palate. This wine has a great clean finish. Lindeman's, a well know household name for good quality wine. Their Bin 95 Sauvignon Blanc was an elegantly made classic with gooseberry and ripe kiwifruit on the nose; medium bodied with similar characteristic on the palate. Short to medium length with a clean finish.

The 2014 Yalumba Y Series Tempranillo has aromas of blueberry, black cherry and fennel seed leaping from the glass. It is juicy and plush on the palate with apparent dark berries and mocha tannins. The finish is rustic and savoury. Enjoy with salt and pepper grilled lamb cutlet.
