Grapefruit Grenade is a super-premium small batch Overproof Spiced rum 57% abv. The finest rum is married with natural Pink Grapefruit, Honeycomb and Spices. Smooth despite its strength, with a burst of bittersweet grapefruit tempered by rich honeycomb sweetness, with hints of cinnamon and ginger. Grapefruit Grenade like all Rockstar Rums mixes perfectly with cola, lemonade or ginger beer. Grapefruit Grenade is an extremely versatile cocktail spirit for all classic rum recipes but our favourite for Grapefruit Grenade would be a classic daiquiri.

Pimm's No.1 is the much loved, Gin-based drink of England, containing quinine and a secret mixture of herbs - a recipe said to be known to only six people. Originally consumed as an aid to digestion, Pimm's was served in a small tankard known as the 'No. 1 Cup', hence its name. Greenall's Wild Berry London Dry Gin is distilled by G&J Greenall's, England's oldest gin distillers, and the first expression of the 1761 Greenall's The Original London Dry Gin. The recipe was inspired from the blackberries growing in English hedgerows. Nose: Subtle red fruit balanced with rounded juniper notes and fresh citrus flavours. Taste: Silky smooth opening that develops into rich camphor and citrus taste with underlying fruity touch. Finish: Medium length with delicate sweetness.

The Spey River Single Malt Scotch whisky is matured in traditional American Oak casks until it achieves the perfect balance of green leafy notes in harmony with sweet delicate oak. Matured for over ten years in warehouse located near the sea, for a smooth tasting whisky with an air of sea salt on the finish. Some of our casks are matured in warehouses that are more exposed to the cooler sea air. The conditions in this coastal location affect our maturation climate and help create a smooth style of whisky that we call Sea Cask.
