This infusion is then married with our Vapour Infused gin perfectly balancing the taste of freshly squeezed lemons, whilst enriching the juniper notes of the gin. Chivas Regal Extra is a new, exceptionally rich and generous Chivas Regal blend positioned between Chivas Regal 12 year old and Chivas 18 year old. It is crafted using a higher proportion of whiskies matured in sherry casks to deliver richer and more intense flavours incorporating a selection of our rare malt whiskies.

Dimple is famous for not only its unique bottle shape, but by its long standing reputation for producing one of the finest blended malts available. Using malts predominantly from Glenkinchie and Linkwood, Dimple 12 Year Old is a beautifully well-rounded Scotch with surprising depth.

Hilke is a specialist in linocutting: a traditional and highly skilled craft, derived from woodcutting: the oldest printmaking technique. Woodcutting has been the inspiration behind all Eden Mill illustrations in our branding, so Hilke’s unique style and process was a perfect fit for our 2019 Release. Her work aligns perfectly with Eden Mill's traditional yet experimental principles. Eden Mill Head Distiller, Scott Ferguson has incorporated a selection of oloroso hogsheads, pedro ximenez hogsheads, american bourbon barrels, with a cask of chocolate malt spirit and crystal malt spirit to craft our latest Single Malt. 46.5% ABV.

Distilled to a unique recipe, Colombo 7 Gin consists of seven spices and botanicals, each with a unique role. Together they create a complex aroma and distinctive taste. Primary ingredients: Juniper berries, Coriander seed, Angelica and Liquorice root. Secondary ingredients: Sri Lankan Cinnamon bark, Curry leaves and Ginger root. Colombo 7 Gin is a distinctly Sri Lankan take on a London Dry Gin. The juniper is distinctive in taste and aroma; surrounded by a beautiful medley of subtle spice notes that, together create an unexpected harmony. Colombo Gin is handcrafted in small batches from copper pot stills to create a distinctively exceptional distilled London Dry Gin. Silver Medal winner at the International Spirits Challenge 2016.

Captn Webbs Two Swallows Cherry is a super smooth premium Spiced Rum. The finest rum is married with natural Cherry, Salted Caramel and Spices. Two Swallows Cherry packed with honey and caramel, fruity esters drifting up through the richness. Just a touch of savoury salt notes arrives later on, balanced by lovely warm juicy cherry notes. Two Swallows was created by Thomas Hurst as a tribute to his famous ancestor Captn Matthew Webb who was the first man to swim the English Channel in 1875. Webb died in 1883 when trying swim the whirlpool rapids at Niagara Falls. Traditionally, a tattoo of Two Swallows, when a sailor drowns will carry their soul up to Heaven.

Dimple 15 Year Old Scotch has fragrant tones that are almost tones of perfume mellowing to a sweet buttery aroma. Flavoursome and light, nothing spicy or harsh. The finish is delicate and maybe a gesture of dark chocolate hiding in there.

Johnnie Walker Double Black is the exciting and revolutionary new addition to the Johnnie Walker range. Double Black contains everything you already love about Johnnie Walker Black Label, with the intensity and complexity amplified. With the addition of deeper, darker malts from the Scottish west coast and the islands, Double Black delivers a unique smoky finish that sets it apart from the pack. Aromas of fresh citrus and vanilla come to the fore immediately. The best way to release this great nose is to add a small drop of pure water. On the palate, flavours of dark raisins, orange, clove and that unmistakable long, lingering, smoky finish.

The Naked Grouse enriches the flavours of Scotlands favourite whisky by maturing in sun dried sherry oak casks. The influence of our quality first-fill sherry casks develops a deep russet appearance and an aroma that melds black cherries, cocoa and oak. The taste experience is sublimely smooth with famous trade-mark dried fruits yielding to cinnamon sticks and nutmeg. The sweet finale is rich in dark chocolate with a spicy, orange finish.

For Peats Sake! the distillery manager cried, as Peat, the maltman, put far too much peat into the kiln during malting, causing smoke to billow everywhere. Hand-crafted, full bodied, peated blend with specially selected smoky single malts expertly blended with the finest grain Scotch whiskies.
