Artisan Victorian barley is sourced to begin the bespoke process which ends up in aged Australian Apera casks that have been re-coopered, re-toasted and re-sized. Founded by Alexander Gordon in 1769, the Gordon's recipe has remained almost untouched since its creation. Triple-distilled, the gin contains juniper berries, coriander seeds and angelica root to name a few. Enjoy in a classic Gin and Tonic.

A secret recipe of adventurous spice & natural flavours that are expertly blended with fine Caribbean rum then aged in charred white oak barrels to create a taste and colour as rich as a pocketful of gold doubloons. Notes of rich natural vanilla, brown sugar, dried fruit, warming spices with hints of oak, come together to create a perfectly balanced spirit with a smooth finish. Just add a few dashes to your favorite lemon & lime drinks for that burst of flavour. My Manhattan Method: Add 60mL Canadian Club, 30mL sweet vermouth, 2 dashes of Australian Bitters Co. Aromatic and Barrel Spiced Bitters to a mixing glass filled with ice and stir until chilled and diluted. Strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with an Orange peel.
