Instead, the Strata and Amarillo aroma hops impart subtle notes that, if in a wine, might be expressed as barnyard. When the Sydney suburb of Newtown celebrated its sesquicentenary, the brewers of Young Henry were invited to brew a unique beer to showcase the unique style of Newtown.
