Our flagship gin puts a uniquely Australian stamp on the London dry gin style, with a juniper forward palate that is perfectly offset by coriander, cardamom and nutmeg. Produced in small batches in copper pot stills, Australian Gin is quite literally the spirit of Australia.

Poor Toms Fool's Cut at 52% is for audacious gin drinkers looking for a spirit with strong Juniper presence. In looking to create a gin with enough presence to shine in strong cocktails, the more delicate, floral botanicals have been left out. So it's adios strawberry gum leaf, granny smith apples, lemon myrtle and dried chamomile, and hello loads of juniper and the earthy depth of liquorice root.

Starward Wine Cask Single Malt Whisky is uniquely Australian, crafted exclusively with local wine barrels for maturation resulting in a Whisky with balanced aromas of raisins, bananas and a touch of balsamic lead to clove, toffee and nougat. The palate is filled with red berries, hints of cinnamon and a variety of savoury and spice driven notes. A long, dry and tannic finish guides a strong linear reach through the palate, balancing a generous roundness and oiliness of the spirit.

Our tropical take on a traditional sloe gin; swapping sloe berries for locally grown Far North Queensland Davidson Plums. The plums are steeped for up to 3 months to produce a truly unique sloe style gin. With an earthy aroma that is reminiscent of plum jam, stewed rhubarb and a touch of sweetness. A 100% rye made in Brunswick, Melbourne from all-Australian grain grown in the Mallee. Following double distillation the whisky is matured in a two-storey tall bespoke solera system composed of new American oak and x Australian wine barrels.

This international multi-award winning Rum is fermented using locally sourced sugarcane syrup and aged for 5yrs in ex-red wine hogshead barrels. Rich and smooth tasting this Rum will leave toffee apple on the pallet and a long lingering caramel finish. Named best pot still rum under 5 yrs old in the world in 2019.
