Poltergeist Gin is produced in small batches at the historic Shene Distillery in Pontville, Tasmania. Poltergeist Unfiltered retains the full flavour profile of all twelve botanicals, completely covering the front, middle and back of the pallet with a long lingering finish. It may ghost over ice due to the density of flavouring oils derived from the botanicals. Pot distilled with a blend of 12 Australian native, traditional & exotic botanicals before being infused with an exotic blue flower which imparts smoothness and all natural indigo colour. The flower is pH sensitive, mixing from indigo to blush pink with the addition of tonic, lemon or lime.

The Gospel Straight Rye Whiskey is made from 100% Australian Mallee Rye, grown in one of the driest regions of the driest country in the world. We use 100% rye mash - double distilled and then aged for at least two years in new American Oak barrels in Melbourne, Australia.
