In the 1920s Prohibition Era, a Blind Tiger was an establishment known to illegally sell alcohol, with a focus on celebrating the exciting flavour and taste of liquor cocktails, many of which were Gin based. Blind Tiger Organic Gin is distilled in small batches and is a complex, yet elegant and aromatic gin.

Handcrafted from 100% West Australian grains, Upshot whiskey is modern Aussie expression of a well rounded bourbon. Uniquely smooth and inviting, artfully aged in virgin southern white oak in our urban Mediterranean climate. To create this truly unique whisky, we selectively sourced rare malted rye and the finest malted barley from progressive malt houses, paired them with virgin American oak casks air-dried for 36 months and let it all mature in the maritime air of coastal Sydney. Our preference for malted rye over the far more commonly used unmalted rye affords this whisky a point of distinction evident upon the very first sip. This layered, aromatic spirit offers notes of spiced custard, ginger, stone fruit and baked apple pie with a fresh herbal finish that lingers on the palate.

This international multi-award winning Rum is fermented using locally sourced sugarcane syrup and aged for 5yrs in ex-red wine hogshead barrels. Rich and smooth tasting this Rum will leave toffee apple on the pallet and a long lingering caramel finish. Named best pot still rum under 5 yrs old in the world in 2019.

A small batch Australian gin distilled uniquely with Kangaroo Island native juniper (Myoporum insulare). Fashioned in the style of a London Dry, this contemporary expression contains fresh limes, mint as well as pink pepper, ginger, mace, cassia, and cardamom. Traditional vapour distilling maximises controlled quality of this award winning Australian spirit. Served as a G&T garnished with strawberries and lemon thyme.

A premium seasonal gin made in the style of English sloe gin, supplanting handpicked local Mulberries in the place of the traditional sloes. Burly Cucumber Gin is produced in hand crafted sets of bespoke stills at our artisan distillery in Burleigh Heads. Infusions of fresh seedless Lebanese cucumbers and a combination of premium ingredients come together to achieve the unique flavour profile of our double distilled gin. The aroma of a 'cool as a cucumber' variant is a pronounced cucumber and melon, supported by juniper and spice. The palate exhibits the same flavours along with vanilla and sweet peppery notes. With a smooth mouthfeel and aftertaste softening the alcohol, it lends itself to enjoying straight 'on the rocks', or in the cocktail of your preference, ideally with a slice of cucumber and a sprig of mint leaves.
