Introducing the first release in our Location Series... Finders Distillery Native Red Lime Gin! An intensely citrus gin made using produce from Gondwana Native Lime Farm on the Macleay Valley Coast, NSW. It features Australian Red Limes and Native Red Finger Limes, complimented by Tahitian Limes and Kaffir Lime Leaf. It is a refreshingly Citrus walk through the Aussie Bush.

Our Citrus and Sea Gin is inspired by the lands and waters around us. Native and seasonal local botanicals are featured to create a fresh, bold and balanced spirit; perfect for cocktails or to be enjoyed neat. We love it and hope you will too.

Nestled amongst coastal rainforest in the Byron Bay hinterland, our terroir is uniquely influenced by the powerful Pacific Ocean. 'The Original' is matured in American oak ex-bourbon casks and is a whisky true of its natural environment. The colour of a Byron Bay sunset. The palate offers soft vanilla, crème brulée and biscotti characters, layered over distinct notes of pear, coconut and buttery macadamia.
