Hobart Whisky Signature is a marriage of small carefully selected American oak ex-bourbon casks. A satisfying light ex-bourbon cask single malt that delights with a solid malty foundation, some gentle spice and a long, complex finish. Tasting Notes: Nose Freshly baked apple pie with cinnamon, raisins, sweet crust pastry and vanilla custard. Palate Marzipan icing with hints of vanilla bean over malty and clean oak foundations. Veuve Capet is the first Vodka exclusively made from Chardonnay grapes (hand-harvested in the famous Côte des Blancs, in French Champagne vineyards). After a fivefold distillation and charcoal filtration, this vodka was assembled with perfectly pure water. Veuve Capet has a unique character, combining roundness and fruitness. Tasting notes : Eye : Perfectly crystal clear. Nose : Rich and elegant bouquet. Fresh, dominated by citrus notes, including grapefruit zest, then evolving to exotic notes of mango and guava. Mouth : Very rich and supple in the mouth. Complex aromas with citrus, the finish is particularly long, dominated by Williams pear notes.

Traditionally favoured by Indigenous societies for their medicinal benefits and protein content, native Green Ants are a unique bush tucker hand harvested in the Northern Territory by the Motlop family of the Larrakia people. The Green Ants display vibrant coriander and kaffir lime leaf flavours, with a citrus and lime burst on the palate further enhanced by Finger Lime. Native Juniper (Boobialla) is evident in the floral, perfumed aromatics, while spicy notes of Pepper Berry balance the citrus flavours. Strawberry Gum, Lemon Myrtle and Anise Myrtle provide green, leafy herbaceous characters which replicate traditional English Juniper resin characters.
