Bright pale yellow, there is nothing Innocent about this Pinot Gris! An extremely well made wine with distinct pear and freshly cut green apple slice on the nose followed by similar varietal characters on the palate. Yering Station, located in the heart of the Yarra Valley, is home to some of Australia's greatest Chardonnay. Their Little Yering Chardonnay provides all the complex aromas and flavours you expect from the artisans from the Melba Highway, but with a price tag that more than friendly. Toasted almonds, lemon/lime notes and a clean, lingering acid that provides an effortless length of flavour.

Fresh strawberries, orchard fruits and crushed herbs. Lush with ripe red and yellow fruits, the palate is wonderfully refreshing. A subtle, complex savoury line runs through, adding beautiful depth. The finish offers structural tannins and an acid whip, the persistency demanding a refill. A very smart wine indeed.

In true Provence fashion, it's a pale-salmon pink with scents of cherry blossom and ripe red berries. Almost like a Peach Melba in a glass - plenty of freshness and poise but with weight, body and creaminess. As bright as the light over the Mediterranean, with a long, dry crisp finish.

From the Yarra Valley comes this benchmark Pinot from one of the country's best regions for the variety. Sweet berry fruit and forest floor characters are balanced by depth and length of flavour.
