Fruit for this wine was hand-selected from our single site Yarra Valley vineyard. Merlot grapes were used with limited skin contact. Perfumed on the nose with notes of warm toffee and rose petals.The palate is dry with hints of watermelon and spice.

Rosé - Raspberry, strawberry and cream nose with hints of blood orange.Palate entry is fresh with a creamy texture, strawberry fruit and a hint if kirsch.

Rosé - A fresh summer wine, this style is semi-sweet made with Shiraz grapes. Best suited with such foods as duck, chicken or even your favourite stir fry dish. Serve chilled.
