Tasting Notes: Nose: A complex sweet multi layering of green apples, spiced honey with just a hint of cider. Palate: The flavour ramps up kaleidoscopically from nutmeg through spiced honey to a firm cereal with a malty richness layered on as a finale. The malted barley is “peated” in northern Scotland and exhibits a more “Highland” style peat, which produces an “earthier” rounded peat smoke with minimal “medicinal/iodine” notes. If you are looking for the ultimate flavour experience that you will continue tasting long after the glass is dry, this whisky is for you Tasting Notes: Nose: A rich subdued peat aroma combined with a natural leathery earthiness with overtones of kumquat and fruit mince tart. A 100% rye made in Brunswick, Melbourne from all-Australian grain grown in the Mallee. Following double distillation the whisky is matured in a two-storey tall bespoke solera system composed of new American oak and x Australian wine barrels.

A nose of baked apple and sultana, rolled marzipan, sesame seeds, and roasted spices. Smooth tasting, with dark fleshy fruits, mixed peel, chocolate, walnut; the taut spicy middle section dies back to baked oranges.
