Pot still is an equipment used to distill spirits. It is a slower process and had to be done in batches in a single distillery. Green Spot is an Irish whiskey that mixed pot still whiskeys aged between 7 and 10 years, in order to find the perfect balance on the smell and taste. It opens up with notes of orchard fruits, sweet spices and toasty oak. Full body and a lasting pleasant finish with flavours of warm spices and barley.

The Pogues Irish Whiskey is mahogany oak in colour, a Strong malt with a aromas of slight citrus, cracked black pepper and a lingering sweetness.

Tin Cup Whiskey is cut with Rocky Mountain water and aged for a minimum of four years in American white oak barrels with number three char. It is a blend of two great American whiskeys. 'High rye' bourbon, distilled and aged in Indiana, is blended with a small amount of Colorado single malt whiskey. Tin Cup is named for the Colorado mining pioneers and the tin cups from which they drank their whiskey.

The first edition of our WOW bottlings, which was honoured as the Worlds Best, consists of Single Pot Still crafted from a recipe of 50% malted barley and 50% un-malted barley, which has been triple distilled in the Teeling Whiskey Distillery in Dublin and then fully matured in virgin Chinkapin American White Oak barrels.
