Mount Pleasant Elizabeth continues to be an all time favourite of not only Semillon lovers, but affordable dry white lovers across the board. With it's golden hue with a green tinge and baked apple with hints of toastiness on the nose. Citrus flavours of lemon and lime and a buttery texture with good length and crispness on the finish. Jim from Mount Pleasant accentuates a Shiraz with a cleanly structured mulberry and redcurrant with soft liquorice notes and a persistent high quality backbone.

The wine shows lifted tropical fruits with hints of musk, spice and citrus florals. A full flavoured fruit-packed palate, with ripe tropical fruits, well balanced with great mouth feel and a long crisp finish.

A multi-national blend of Hunter Valley and Marlborough, it is a classically expressive blend combining the tropical high notes of Sauvignon Blanc with the wonderful length and definition of Semillon. A vibrant and lively well balanced palate with a long and crisp finish.

Complex mineral and flint aromas with a palate that has good length. Tyrrell's Stevens Semillon has wonderful balance between the fresh citrus flavours of youth and the aged 'toasty' characters. It is great with seafood dishes.

This Shiraz showcases why the Hunter does medium weight, savoury fruit reds better than most. Its a style you can enjoy now or even slightly chilled down in the warmer months. On the palate: A terrific core of ripe red fruit with supple tannins, creamy depth and complexity and lovely oak and spice integration. Continuing under the stewardship of Usher Tinker, the Pooles Rock wines go from strength to strength. The impressive line up of trophies and gold medals that adorn this label are testament to the purity of this amazing Hunter Valley Semillon. With all the typical austerity and pure lemon and lime zest flavours early in its life, this is a Semillon that will repay the patient in spades with more than a decade in front of it.

Tyrrell's Fordwich Verdelho forms part of the 'Regional Heroes' range that aims to showcase small parcels of fruit from terroir that is perfectly suited to their chosen varietal. Here the Fordwich Verdelho is show intense varietal characteristics including vibrant lime, tropical fruit and a nice hint of spice on the back palate. An extremely well balance aromatic white that has intense fruit sweetness and a crisp, dry, searing acid finish.

This is a real crowd pleaser from Tyrrell's Wine. Plus one of the pioneers of the variety in Australia, Chardonnay. The Hunter Vally Moon mountain Chardy is a well crafted elegant wine with fresh green melon flavours and cleansing crisp acidity.
