Scarborough Semillon
From red clay soils this is a more generous take on Hunter Valley Semillon. Nicely textured with lime and lemon intensity, some zesty freshness, and a long finish and lifted herbaceous characters.
De Iuliis Shiraz
De Iuliis (De - uli - iss) wines are known for their trademark regionality and commitment to showcasing the very best the Hunter Valley has to offer. Their Shiraz is a fine balance between power and subtlety. Spice driven aromas with mild hints of the berry fruit to come on the palate. Blackberry, raspberry and dark cherry come to the fore and are in harmony with the round, soft tannins.
Pepper Tree Verdelho
The wine shows lifted tropical fruits with hints of musk, spice and citrus florals. A full flavoured fruit-packed palate, with ripe tropical fruits, well balanced with great mouth feel and a long crisp finish.
Tyrrell's Stevens Semillon
Complex mineral and flint aromas with a palate that has good length. Tyrrell's Stevens Semillon has wonderful balance between the fresh citrus flavours of youth and the aged 'toasty' characters. It is great with seafood dishes.
Mount Pleasant Rosehill Shiraz
Deep brick red in colour this classic Hunter red by Mount Pleasant offers blackberry leather and cedary oak aromas. The Rosehill's palate is mouth filling and satisfying with spicy sweet fruit flavours and firm tannins on the finish.
Mount Pleasant Maurice O'Shea Shiraz
McWilliam's Mount Pleasant Maurice O'Shea Shiraz continues lead the pack of great Hunter Valley Shiraz. A lovely return to old form, this Maurice has a striking purple hue to it in the glass. To the nose aromas of liquorice and spice with hints of cedar will beguile. Layers of complex flavours dance across the palate including savoury, spicy dark fruits like dark plums and cherries. A classic of classics.
McKelvey Estate Shiraz
This Shiraz showcases why the Hunter does medium weight, savoury fruit reds better than most. Its a style you can enjoy now or even slightly chilled down in the warmer months. In the glass: Deep red black.On the nose: Bright red cherry with attractive hints of leather and five spice. On the palate: A terrific core of ripe red fruit with supple tannins, creamy depth and complexity and lovely oak and spice integration. A lively, well made, medium-bodied red savoury and soft throughout.
Hungerford Hill Early Bird Moscato
In the glass: Pale pink. On the nose: Musk, nectarine, peach and white grapes. On the nose: Plump, soft and full of fruit with a sweet mix of stonefruit, guava and grapes, a gentle balancing spritz and lovely texture adding to its charm. A very well made Moscato and true to style.

Sitting atop a high hill in the heart of the Hunter Valley, Bimbadgen have been producing quality wines like their Verdelho since 1968. Pineapple and tropical fruits arise on the nose followed by a citrus and troplical palate with lovelly herbal notes on the finish.
