Capricorn Spiced is a finely crafted, small batch distillation of Central Queensland molasses. We've left to age in European and American Oak barrels it matures quickly in the tropical heat to produce a dark and hearty spirit. Mixed with a traditional bill of spices that has an Australian twist to it, it drinks superbly straight up, with Ginger Beer and Lime, or in a cocktail. Capricorn Spiced has no added chemicals and is made from all natural ingredients.

Local, sustainably sourced molasses is blended with our unique water. Artisan distillers hand make the wash and double distil it. Before the premium spirit is aged in oak casks, we bottle a very limited quantity for you to enjoy in cocktails and mixed drinks.

Impression Bay Distillery is located on the beautiful Tasman Peninsula, Tasmania. Our First Impression Gin is made in the London Dry style and incorporates not only traditional botanicals including juniper, cardamom, coriander, cassia bark and lemon myrtle but also our three, fresh, locally grown aromatic botanicals, Mountain Pepper berry, Saltbush and Kunzea. These botanicals are vapour infused in the last stages of distillation in our German still, preserving their subtle aromas and flavours. Poltergeist Gin is produced in small batches at the historic Shene Distillery in Pontville, Tasmania. Poltergeist Unfiltered retains the full flavour profile of all twelve botanicals, completely covering the front, middle and back of the pallet with a long lingering finish. It may ghost over ice due to the density of flavouring oils derived from the botanicals. The flavour profile is earthy and robust, and the balance of brawny botanicals like liquorice root, cardamom, orris root and Tasmanian pepper berries, with the more traditional citrus and nutty gin flavours, is unique. Drink it straight over ice, in a classic martini or a negroni.

Manly Spirits Australia Dry Gin contains a blend of sustainably foraged marine, Australian native and traditional botanicals distilled into a true Australian wheat spirit. This Gin has a lingering finish which can be enjoyed neat or used to make a traditional G&T.

Poor Toms Fool's Cut at 52% is for audacious gin drinkers looking for a spirit with strong Juniper presence. In looking to create a gin with enough presence to shine in strong cocktails, the more delicate, floral botanicals have been left out. So it's adios strawberry gum leaf, granny smith apples, lemon myrtle and dried chamomile, and hello loads of juniper and the earthy depth of liquorice root.
