Sam Trimboli has been creating bestselling wonders for us for nearly 20 years, so when we asked him for an exceptional Shiraz the great man was happy to oblige. Once again this 2018 'Special Reserve' is made with Shiraz sourced from premium vineyards owned by many of Australia's leading independent growers.

The Jacob's Creek Riesling is blended from select parcels which results in a crisp, elegant wine with a fresh floral bouquet, attractive citrus flavours and a delicate, dry finish. This Riesling has always been outstanding value for money, yet in recent years, the wine has gone on to become a true star in both quality and price.

Distilled in Newtown, our new world gin boasts herbal notes from the Tasmanian grown hops, alongside spicy juniper and pepperberries, with a zesty, lemon-myrtle finish. A relative newcomer on the Australian wine scene, Pinot Grigio offers a real alternative to the more traditional white varieties. Yalumba provide an exellent example here with a spicy, flavoursome, textured and a great food match styled wine.

Lindeman's, a well know household name for good quality wine. Their Bin 95 Sauvignon Blanc was an elegantly made classic with gooseberry and ripe kiwifruit on the nose; medium bodied with similar characteristic on the palate. Short to medium length with a clean finish.

Sapporo Premium Beer was originally brewed in 1876 by Japanese brewmaster Seibei Nakagawa. Trained in Germany, Seibei had a true passion for his craft. With authentic brewing techniques and quality local ingredients, he developed a perfectly balanced golden lager. As a former frontier town, the northern city of Sapporo thus became the home of Japan's oldest brewery. The iconic gold star reflects the pioneering spirit of Sapporo and its famous brewer. Sapporo Premium Beer is brewed with the Japanese attention to detail. The slow cool fermentation balances delicate hops and esters with a full malt character. The authentic brewing techniques and quality ingredients used have produced a crisp and refreshing lager beer.

Our Bloodshot IPA is brewed with Red Malt & Oats, giving it plenty of rich malt flavour. Balanced out with a big double dry-hop, there's lots of resinous & piney notes on offer at a surprisingly easy drinking ABV.

A juicy drop with a mystic haze, dumped with loads of tropical fruit notes & a smooth bitterness. If a Jimi Hendrix guitar solo had a flavour, this would be it… In three words 4 Pines Hazy Pale Ale is juicy, approachable and smooth. Pair it with a salty cheese and charcuterie board, or something with a spicy edge like a Thai curry or Jamaican chicken. IBU 40

McGuigan Black Label Verdelho is a great example of the aromatic style that shows attractive ripe tropical flavours with crisp acidity. A wonderful alternative for lovers of Sauvignon Blanc who love the freshness of the style.
