Established in 2005, Kilchoman (pronounced Kilhoman) is one of the smallest distilleries in Scotland. Based on a farm on the rugged west coast of Islay, Kilchoman is the first distillery to be built on the Island for 125 years. Matured in a combination of both Bourbon and Sherry casks, Kilchoman Machir Bay is a well-balanced combination of rich tropical fruit, peat smoke, light vanilla and intense sweetness.

The Kilchoman Sanaig Single Islay Malt Scotch Whisky presents soft cooked fruits with caramel and vanilla on the nose along with toffee, peat smoke and a lingering sweetness on the palate. The finish is a lovely balance of peat smoke, fruit and sweetness.

This Kura The Whisky Sherry Cask expression is a delightful new whisky matured in the finest Oloroso sherry casks. The maturation period has imparted rich notes of winter berries, dried fruits, bitter dark chocolate and a gentle woodiness onto the light and fruity spirit. Its a match made in heaven that creates a drinking experience that youre not likely to forget in a hurry.

Fresh, sweetly fruity and smooth-bodied, Caol Ila 12 YO Single Malt Scotch Whisky delicately balances a range of tastes. The clean, appetising nose shows subtle citrus fruit with just a puff of smoke. Firm and smooth, it begins sweetly then yields a fragrant smokiness and a sweet-smoky, lingering finish.

Glenfiddich, the worlds most awarded single malt Scotch Whisky, has launched Glenfiddich Fire & Cane, an unexpected combination of their rarely-seen peated whisky with unpeated bourbon-aged single malt, all of which is finished in Latin rum casks. The result is a surprisingly sweet and smoky dram that blends rich caramel and spice notes with fresh green fruit and soft pillowy smoke. One by one, The Last Great Malts of Scotland will leave their distillery gates. From Scotland's 'Bermuda Triangle' comes a mysterious and rare Single Malt, for over a century only sold in limited quantities to collectors. Bottled to celebrate the brightness of the barley and crystal clarity of the wood sugar, balanced with grassy, herbal notes. Delicately aged for 12 years. The smoothest example on Speyside, this classic, fruity style with no peat smoke has been distilled since 1897, yet only tasted by a few.

The anticipated second release of Bruichladdich Port Charlotte 10 year old. The smouldering heat of peat and dark fruit is finessed by floral top notes, a twist of citrus and mellow oak. Full term in first-fill bourbon, sherry, tempranillo and French wine casks for a decade or more. Bottled at 50% alc. vol. using Islay Spring water.
