Freshwater is an American Style pale ale, brewed using our favourite American hop, Cascade. The Freshwater is well balanced between the sweet biscuity malt and the thirst quenching hop flavour and crispy clean finish.

Mountain Goat Organic Steam Ale is a crisp, certified organic ale. Incorporating wheat malt in the grist make up and fermented cool, with the use of Hallertau and Citra hops along with a light dose of Galaxy flowers at the end.

Distilled in Melbourne by Brogan herself, Evening Light Gin is her fresh and fruity, easy drinking gin. Gentle and zesty, she like to think of it as new age Australian gin. Unique botanicals such as fresh mangos, fresh raspberries and organic white grapefruit juice form a fruity and unconventional backbone, complimented with sweet piney juniper and warm cassia. refreshing strawberry gum and river mint shine through. This wine is bright straw in colour. Aromas of peach, papaya and apricot jump from the glass with subtle notes of oak in the wake. When the Sydney suburb of Newtown celebrated its sesquicentenary, the brewers of Young Henry were invited to brew a unique beer to showcase the unique style of Newtown. The resulting beer was an Aussie Pale Ale called Young Henrys Newtowner. Made from three varieties of local hops this beer is fun, fruity and even a little bitter - just like Newtown.
