The rose and hibiscus produce its blush hue and delicate aroma, and the Sichuan, Lemon Thyme & Mandarin marry a spice element that harmonizes the unique floral palette. With its backbone of traditional juniper berry, 100 SOULS Artisan Pink Gin is smooth yet complex enough to enjoy straight up, in a delicate floral citrus cocktail, with sparkling water or traditional tonic. The unique floral notes lend to an array of garnishes, cucumber, rosemary, mandarin, or your traditional lemon, albeit in a twist. Blending rose petals with the traditional, native, and Asian ingredients together has resulted in a wonderful gin that reminds its creator of soft pink sunset in the Hinterlands.

Made using 100% Australian grown rye from a single farm in the Murray Mallee region of South Australia. The whiskey is aged in charred, new American oak barrels to embody the characteristics of traditional rye whiskey. Flavour notes: Sweet allspice, clove and pepper followed by dried red fruit and creme caramel.

Eddie’s grandmother Shirley aka ‘Shirl the Pearl’ was a pocket rocket. Adventurer, skier, and one of Australia’s first female pilots, Shirl also made a mean bootleg Cumquat Gin. Inspired by Shirl, we steep locally grown Cumquats in our Brookie’s Dry Gin for several months and balance the spirit to create springtime in a glass! This is her recipe and an ode to Shirl the Pearl.
