An intensely citrus gin made using produce from Gondwana Native Lime Farm on the Macleay Valley Coast, NSW. It features Australian Red Limes and Native Red Finger Limes, complimented by Tahitian Limes and Kaffir Lime Leaf. It is a refreshingly Citrus walk through the Aussie Bush.

This gin is a revved-up, spicy spirit with a full taste that lives up to its fiery visage. The navy-strength alcohol kick amplifies the heady, juniper-led aroma. With strawberry sweetness overlaying our Mountain Devil Classic Dry Gin, Nelly’s Blush is named after Nelly’s Glen, the start of the famous Six-Foot Track from the Blue Mountains to Jenolan Caves. The blushing colour denotes an infusion of strawberries that permeates this gin’s unique flavour profile. An aroma fanfare of strawberry blended with forest juniper notes leads on to a full flavour with tapering hints of liquorice and spices. The taste is complex but clean, resonant and lingering.
